All deliveries are sent with An Post or EcoXpress which allows for a 2-3 day delivery but usually next day. We’ll send you a tracking code when your order has been dispatched and who will be delivering it so you can track it.
If you haven’t received your tracking code, just get in touch with our customer care team and we’ll be more than happy to help you.
Yes! You can have your parcel shipped to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
We would kindly ask you to wait up to 5 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please get in touch with our customer care team here and quote your order ID.
No signature will be needed for a delivery. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.
Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland are Free if orders are over €49. Orders under €49 are subject to a delivery charge of €4.99.
Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland will be received within 2 – 3 working days if received before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Please note that deliveries can take sometimes up to 5 working days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed the day before or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Bank holidays include: St. Patrick’s Day, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, June Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday, October Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, St. Stephen’s Day and New Year’s Day.
The courier company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The courier company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been shipped to, how to contact them to re-arrange a shipping time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.

Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm Monday – Friday.
At present, we only ship to the Republic of Ireland.
