Delivery Information

All deliveries are sent with either An Post or DPD depending on the size of your order but we’ll let you know when your order leaves our warehouse. Although most order’s will be received the next working day, we normally allow for a 2-3 day delivery time. We’ll send you a tracking code when your order has been dispatched and who will be delivering it so you can track it.

If you haven’t received your tracking code, just get in touch with our customer care team and we’ll be more than happy to help you.

Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland will be received within 2 – 3 working days if received before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Please note that deliveries can take sometimes up to 5 working days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed the day before or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Bank holidays include: St. Patrick’s Day, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, June Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday, October Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, St. Stephen’s Day and New Year’s Day.

The courier company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The courier company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been shipped to, how to contact them to re-arrange a shipping time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.

If you are unable to get in touch with the courier company or get any further information, please contact our customer care team here with your order ID and we will inquire on your behalf.

At present, we only ship to the Republic of Ireland.
